After Nettie Argenbright passed away in 1972 the Argenbright family heirs sold the log side of the property to Harold & Jean Patton on 27 November 1972. They only owned it until 13 December 1973. We have reason to believe that even for this short time the Pattons were leasing the log side to tenants.
